We are a small daycare center, but one where there is a family atmosphere and personal attention. Our centre employs long-term, qualified and accredited staff, which is rare to find. This allows us to offer affordable cost care for families throughout the area from our daycare in SW Calgary.

Who we are
Mark and Amanda Slade took over Bow Trail Day Care in the Fall of 2022. After 31 years of Marks's parents running the daycare, it was great to keep it in the family!
Amanda and Mark have been married for 13 years, and have two little ones who are 9 and 4 years. Both attend or have attended the daycare until kindergarten.
They have a Labradoodle named Hershey who keeps them busy. When they aren't running the daycare, they enjoy being outdoors, being active, and hanging out with animals!
Amanda was born and raised in British Columbia, where she graduated and went on to University and pursued an Accounting profession and is still working as an Accountant 18 years later.
Mark pursued plumbing and had since taken on the role of operating the business on a daily basis.
We take pride and ownership, and the success of our registered children is a reflection of us. Thank you for trusting us with your little ones, and we can't wait to see what the next 31 years hold!
